Correspondent, Dec 13: Hand Wash Workshop was organized by Savlon India at Apex English School, Jawaharnagar, Mango, Jamshedpur. Mohammad Shamshuddin, Principal, Apex English School said that we must keep cleaning our hands - either with soap and water or by using hand sanitizer.  It may seem like a small task, but it is a habit that has a profound effect on our health. Hand hygiene is an important life-long habit to stay healthy. He further added that this is one way we can reduce the risk of catching infections such as cold, flu, other respiratory viruses and gastrointestinal illness. The students were also given certificates and a Savlon India.  All the children promised that they would wash their hands regularly.

Academy, Zakirnagar.  BRAIN COMPILER Team  Jamshedpur, Dec 13: Sir Syed Ahmed Group won the title in the 4th general quiz competition organized by Chishti Student Welfare Organization at M.O.  Academy Zakirnagar. The team included Mantasha Afreen, Noori and Noorjahan. The runners-up were Nilofar, Alsadaf and Farhat from the Maulana Azad Group. The second runner-up Mirza Ghalib group consisted of Anas, Faiz and Shadab. The quiz was conducted by Mahboob Alam, the founder of the CSWO.
