Jamshedpur, Oct 18: A two-day first mega inter-minority cultural competition was organized by Samaj Bachao Samiti at Idgah Maidan of Aam Azad Nagar on Sunday. Various competitions were organized on this occasion. More than 350 students and 20 schools of Jamshedpur participated in this mega events.

In the Qirat competition, Sumaiya Tyeb of Jharkhand Public School won, while Samia Firdous and Fahad Ahmed stood second and third.

In Bait Baazi, Huzaifa, Shahid and Abdul Afridi of M. O. Academy School stood second, Afsana, Falak and Shakeela of Mafsa Class while the third position was secured by Samreen, Bushra and Shahrish  Tanveer of Al Manar Scholar Public School.

In the Speech Competition, Payal Rani Mandal, student of Oxford Classes was the winner, Mohammad Sharik of Karim City College stood second and Javeria Noor of Karim City College stood third.

In Essay Competition, Anam Yusuf, student of Al Kabir Polytechnic College was the winner, second position was bagged by Azra Parveen of Telco Chinmaya Vidyalaya and third position was bagged by Sania Parveen of MO Academy.

In the Islamic Quiz Competition, the pair of Mohammad Sharik and Mohammad Samar stood first, the pair of Raza and Shadab in the second place and the pair of Anam and Alisha in the third place.

In the same General Quiz, Hashir and Jasmin Parveen of Akhtar Classes won the title. Tanmay and Sudhanshu of Karim City College stood second. Atir and Mohammad Rizwan of Kabir Memorial Urdu School stood third.

In the drawing competition, Kainaat Fatmi of Alamnar School stood second in the drawing competition, Myra Adil and Mantaha Malik stood third, Ayesha Khanum, Ifrah Shaheen and Krishna Kumar became the winners in the second group of drawing, in the third group of drawing, Atiya year old Samreen Firoz and Dimple Kumari was the winner, in the last group, Rais Alam Alwiya Yusuf and Ajra Praveen have won.

All the winners of the competition were rewarded by Jharkhand Health Minister Banna Gupta and Ichhagarh MLA Savita Mahto. Health Minister Banna Gupta congratulated and encouraged all the participants. He greatly appreciated the work of Samaj Bachao Samiti. Other guests included Harsh Mehta, owner of Gangaur Sweets, Waheed Khan, senior doctor of Brahmanand Narayan Hospital, advocate Hamid Raza, social activist Sanaullah Ansari and social activist Noor-ul-Haq Ansari.

Kashif Raza Khan, President of Samaj Bachao Committee thanked all the participants, parents and guardians, members of schools and committees.
