Reported by BRAIN COMPILER Jamshedpur, Feb 6: Ruchi Narendran, wife of TV Narendran, MD of Tata Steel, inaugurated the Bonsai and Herbal Park near the Stelenium Hallinside Tata Steel's Jamshedpur Works. Bonsai is a small but true representative of nature in the form of trees, while herbal plants are grown for medicinal use. The park has been developed to create awareness about the plant and its medicinal importanceand to enhance the look and feel of the area. The park isspread over an area of 375 square meters and has 14 species of bonsai and 15 species of herbal plants. Like Bonsai and Herbal Park, a Miyawaki forest was built last year near the pellet plantinside Tata Steel Jamshedpur, the first such initiative in the company.
