One day Workshop programme was held at Tech India Skills Training Institute on 21 Mar.

Jamshedpur, Mar 25: The Workshop on " the Skills & Personality Development Programme" was organised by Tech India Skills Training Institute, Road No. 17, Jawaharngar, Mango, Jamshedpuri, Jharkhand on 21st March 2021. The main objective of the Workshop was to familiarise participants with the emerging ideas, and also aimed to teach participants to work with various professionals and people to understand the meaning of life. The Workshop was inaugurated by the Principal of Model English School and Director of the Best Coaching Centre Aftab Alam, graced the occasion as a guest of honour.  The programme was attended by the Director of the Tech India Skills Training Institute. Sabir Hussain and other Faculty members of TITI. Zeba Tabassum delivered the Welcome address and Vote of thanks by Kabita,  Administration Incharge of TITI. Dr. Safia Akhter and Mahboob Alam were present as speakers in the above programme. 

In the first session, The Editor Brain Compiler and the President of CSWO. Mahboob Alam gave a speech focusing  on personality. He also focused on the importance of the Workshop like personality development, phone etiquettes and motivated the new academicians, to grab this kind of opportunities. He also said that how to develop personality. He discussed about the nature of personality and its importance.  To be a more charasmatic person, to develop inner qualities as well as outer qualities. He pointed out that there is no substitute for hard work when it comes to personality development. It assists in  communications clearly, convincingly and precisely.

Second session of the Workshop, Ph. D in Psychology and Professionals Trained Councillor Dr. Safia Akhter delivered her speech on Skills Communication. The speaker pointed out the steps of academic reading, practice work of reading article and summarising had been performed. She also discussed about components of good academic text like paragraph, logical sequence and puzzles. She added that what common barriers in communications and how to overcome from that.

Third session, Aftab Alam was the Guest of honour in the Workshop. He delivered the concept note of the Workshop highlighting the aim and objective of the programme. He added that how to participants would be benefitted from this Workshop. The programme was conducted from 10am to 2pm. The session was followed by participants feedback and distribution of certificates by the Guest of honour.
